摘要
目的 :观察理气补血汤对周围神经再生的影响。方法 :用钳夹大鼠坐骨神经建立周围神经损伤的动物模型 ,SD大鼠 66只随机分为实验组和对照组 ,再依观察时间的不同 ,两组再分为 2、4、6周三个时间组 ,每日分别给予理气补血汤水煎剂和生理盐水灌胃。进行各项指标的检测。结果 :实验组大鼠一般情况优于对照组 ;坐骨神经功能指数 (SFI)恢复率实验组显著优于对照组 ;组织形态学观察 :有髓神经轴突计数、再生轴突直径、髓鞘厚度的恢复率 ,实验组均显著大于对照组 ;透射电镜超微结构观察 :实验组再生轴突中细胞器丰富 ,髓鞘结构成熟 ,神经再生情况优于对照组。结论 :理气补血汤可以促进周围神经损伤早期的修复再生和功能恢复。
Objective:To study the effects of Liqi Buxue Decoction(LBD) on regeneration and repairation of the injured peripheral nerve.Experimental Studies of the Promoting Effects of Liqi Buxue Decoction on Regeneration and Repairation of Injured Peripheral Nerve Wang Baojun,Wang Heming,Wang Zhufeng,et al Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fuzhou 350003 ABSTRACT Objective:To study the effects of Liqi Buxue Decoction(LBD) on regeneration and repairation of the injured peripheral nerve.[WTMethod:Peripheral nerve injury model was set up by crushing the right sciatic nerve of rats.66 model Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group and administered respectively with LBD and normal saline every day.All the indexes were tested in 2?4?6 weeks of operative intervals respectively.Results:The general observation in experimental group,such as spirit,hair,and activity,was superior to that in control group.The recovery rate of sciatic nerve functional index (SFI) in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group.The count of myelinated nerve fibers,diameter of regenerated axon and thickness of nerve myelin sheath,were superior to those in control group.More abundant organella and maturer myelin sheath lay in the injured peripheral nerve of experimental group,while not lay in control group.Conclusion:LBD could promote the injured peripheral nerve regeneration and repairation and functional recovery at early stage.
