摘要 长输管道采用爬越方式通过河流防护堤会造成管线起伏急剧变化,给管道安装质量控制和安全管理工作带来不利影响。本文以某天然气输送管道爬越黄河防护堤工程为例,从管沟开挖、管道布管、管道组对焊接、管道下沟及回填、管线试压等施工工序研究了防护堤坡面管道敷设施工关键技术。研究结果表明:长输管线爬越河流防护堤可采用从堤顶向堤脚自上而下的顺序对坡面管沟进行分层开挖;布管过程中在下坡管端设置土墩支挡,防止窜管;主线路及立面弯管焊接采用手工电弧焊打底半自动焊填充盖面的焊接工艺,管道焊口返修采用手工电弧焊焊接工艺。 Long distance pipelines climbing over river embankment will cause a sharp change on the pipelines’position,which is disadvantageous to the quality control and safety management of the pipeline construction.Taking as example a project of natural gas transmission pipeline climbing over the Yellow River protective embankment,the key construction technologies of pipeline laying on the protective embankment slope is studied from the construction process of trench excavation,pipeline layout,pipeline group welding,pipeline down trench and backfill,pipeline pressure test,etc.The results show that the slope trench can be excavated in layers from the top of the embankment to the foot of the embankment,mounds are set at the end of the downhill pipe to prevent pipe channeling during the process of pipe distribution;the welding process of the main circuit and the facade bending pipe are manual arc welding and semi-automatic filling cover welding,the manual arc welding process is used to repair the pipe welding joint.
