摘要
目的对妇科肿瘤患者护理过程中实施健康教育联合心理护理的应用效果进行分析。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月期间在我院进行治护的100例妇科肿瘤患者作为研究对象。采取数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,对照组以常规护理方式施护,观察组在此基础上实施健康教育联合心理护理,对两组的依从率、妇科肿瘤知识掌握评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、总体满意率进行对比。结果观察组的依从率为96.00%,高于对照组的依从率(80.00%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的妇科肿瘤知识掌握评分高于对照组,且观察组的SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总体满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的总体满意率(76.00%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤患者护理过程中采用健康教育联合心理护理,能够提升患者的依从性,使患者对妇科肿瘤知识进行了解和掌握,并且能够改善患者的心理状态,使患者对治护工作的满意度提升,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of health education combined with psychological care in the nursing process of gynecological tumor patients.Methods A total of 100 gynecological tumor patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were equally divided into the observation group and the control group using a digital table.The control group was given routine nursing care.On this basis,the observation group implemented health education combined with psychological care.The compliance rate,gynecological tumor knowledge mastery score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and the overall satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that(80.00%)of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gynecological tumor knowledge mastery score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of health education combined with psychological care in the nursing process of gynecological tumor patients can improve the patient's compliance,enable the patients to understand and master the knowledge of gynecological tumors,improve the patient's psychological state and the patient's satisfaction with the treatment and nursing work.It is worth promoting.
