摘要
目的观察营养支持综合护理在老年妇科肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取110例老年妇科肿瘤患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组采用常规营养护理,观察组采用营养支持综合护理。对比两组患者入院时和出院时的血清白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、体质量指数(BMI)及心理状态评分。结果入院前,两组ALB、PA、BMI指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,观察组患者的ALB、PA、BMI指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分分别为(12.34±1.64)分、(7.24±1.66)分,均低于对照组的(17.41±2.36)分、(12.67±2.44)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养支持综合护理应用于老年妇科肿瘤患者中,可得到更好地营养支持和促进身体功能恢复,改善心理状态,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of nutrition support comprehensive nursing in elderly patients with gynecological tumors.Methods 110 elderly patients with gynecological tumors were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nutrition nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nutrition support nursing.Serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),body mass index(BMI)and psychological status scores were compared between the two groups at admission and discharge.Results Before admission,there was no significant difference in ALB,PA and BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).At discharge,the indexes of ALB,PA and BMI in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were(12.34±1.64)points and(7.24±1.66)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(17.41±2.36)points and(12.67±2.44)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing of nutrition support to elderly patients with gynecological tumors can get better nutrition support and physical function recovery,improve psychological state,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
