摘要 煤化工行业是我国经济体系的重要组成部分,煤化工产业的发展推动着社会经济的发展。通过分析煤化工中焦化行业的发展现状,不同生产企业提高产品回收率采取的措施,利用生产过程中产生的余热、余压产生的蒸汽或发电等方式的技术升级改造,最终优化了能源利用的措施和方向,降低了生产过程中的各类能源消耗。在国家双碳政策激励下,煤化工企业可结合装置生产运行实际,积极构建低碳生产新常态。对煤化工生产工艺技术路线的优化研究,为推动企业在降低碳排放政策引领下的高效发展提供了借鉴方向。 Coal chemical industry is an important part of China's economic system,and the development of coal chemical industry promotes the development of social economy.By analyzing the development status of coking industry in coal chemical industry,the measures taken by different production enterprises to improve product recovery rate,and the technological upgrading and transformation by using waste heat and steam generated by residual pressure in the production process or power generation,finally,the measures and direction of energy utilization were optimized,and all kinds of energy consumption in the production process were reduced.Under the incentive of the national double carbon policy,coal chemical enterprises can actively build a new normal of low-carbon production in combination with the actual production and operation of the unit.The research on the optimization of coal chemical production process technology route provides a reference direction for promoting the efficient development of enterprises under the guidance of carbon emission reduction policies.
