摘要 子痫前期(PE)是一种妊娠特有的疾病,是导致母婴发病和死亡的重要原因,其发病机制与治疗方案仍在探究。实验动物模型在探索人类PE的发病机制中起重要作用,为了寻找符合人类PE特征的动物模型,研究人员进行了大量实验研究,但是截至目前,尚未有哪一类动物模型能够准确反映PE的病理生理特征。而已达成共识的是,与人胎盘形态学及PE生理特点越相似的动物模型,所得数据越有价值。因此构建合适的动物模型有利于更深入地探究PE的发病机制和病理生理,从而为PE的预防与治疗提供有力依据。 Preeclampsia(PE) is a pregnancy specific disease, which is an important cause of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality.Its pathogenesis and treatment are still being explored.Experimental animal model plays an important role in exploring the pathogenesis of PE in human.In order to find an animal model with the characteristics of PE in human preeclampsia, researchers have carried out a lot of experimental studies.No animal model can accurately reflect the pathophysiological characteristics of PE in human.However, there is a consensus that the models which are more similar to the morphology of human placenta and physiological characteristics of human PE,contribute more valuable data.Therefore, the construction of an appropriate animal model is conducive to a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis and pathophysiology of PE,so as to provide a strong basis for the prevention and treatment of PE.
