摘要
为进一步改良水稻品质,本试验以彩稻和WD为双亲构建的RIL群体为试验材料,在2018-2019年进行RIL群体及双亲粒型相关性状的测量,结合596个“bin”标记构建的遗传连锁图谱进行连锁分析。对RIL群体的粒长、粒宽、粒厚、长宽比等4个粒型相关性状进行描述性统计分析。结果表明:RIL群体中2018-2019年各粒型相关性状的频率分布均呈单峰正态或偏态分布,两年总趋势基本一致,呈现典型的数量性状遗传模式。对4个粒型相关性状进行相关性分析发现,2018-2019年粒长与粒宽、粒厚均呈极显著负相关,与长宽比呈极显著正相关;粒宽与粒厚呈极显著正相关,与长宽比呈极显著负相关;粒厚与长宽比呈极显著负相关。利用ICImapping 4.2软件构建RIL群体遗传连锁图谱,该图谱共覆盖水稻基因组约1943.08 cM,标记间平均距离为3.26 cM。采用完备区间作图法(ICIM)共检测到47个与水稻粒型性状相关的QTL,其LOD值的范围为2.70~26.13,对表型变异的贡献范围为1.31%~34.05%。其中,2018年共检测到30个与水稻粒型相关的QTL,2019年共检测到17个与水稻粒型相关的QTL,两年共同检测到6个与水稻粒型相关的QTL。此外,定位出的QTL多个与前人研究的粒型相关QTL或基因相重合。
In order to further improve the rice quality,in this study,the RIL population constructed by Caidao and WD as parents was used as experimental materials.The grain shape related traits of RIL population and parents were measured from 2018 to 2019,and the genetic linkage map constructed by 596‘bin’markers was used for linkage analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was implemented on the four grain shape related traits in RIL population,including grain length,grain width,grain thickness,and length-width ratio.The results showed that the frequency distribution of each grain shape related trait in RIL population from 2018 to 2019 was unimodal normal or skewed distribution,and the general trend was basically the same in the two years,showing a typical genetic model of quantitative traits.The correlation analysis showed that grain length were significantly negatively correlated with grain width and grain thickness,was significantly positively correlated with length-width ratio.The grain width were significantly positively correlated with grain thickness,was significantly negatively correlated with length-width ratio.The grain thickness was significantly negatively correlated with length-width ratio.The genetic linkage map was constructed by ICImapping 4.2,which covered 1943.08 cM of rice genome with an average distance of 3.26 cM between markers.A total of 47 QTLs related to rice grain shape traits were detected by ICIM,with LOD values ranging from 2.70 to 26.13,and their contributions to phenotypic variation ranged from 1.31%to 34.05%.Among them,30 and 17 QTLs were detected in 2018 and 2019,respectively,and 6 QTLs were detected in two years.In addition,many of the QTLs identified coincide with grain type-related QTLs or genes previously studied.
