摘要
针对我国经济高质量发展对大量高素质产业人才的需求,传统的高校人才培养方式和课程教学之间的矛盾,以光纤通信课程为例在现代产业学院模式下,从课程教学团队建设、教学方案设计、理论课程教学、实验课程教学、实践课程教学、课程考核与质量评价、课程思政的建设等几个方面进行了探讨.提出了共建“科、教、产”一体化人才培养模式的新思路.
In view of the contradiction between the demand for a large number of high-quality industrial talents for the high-quality development of china′ s economy and the traditional talent training methods and course teaching in colleges and universities,takes the optical fiber communication course as an example,under the mode of modern industry college,it is discussed from the aspects of course teaching team construction,teaching scheme design,theoretical course teaching,experimental course teaching,practical course teaching,course assessment and quality evaluation and,ideological and political construction of curriculum.It was puts forward a new idea of building a talent training mode of science,education and production integration.
