广藿香植株水提液的化感自毒作用 被引量:7

Allelotoxic Effect of Aqueous Extract Solution From Pogostemon cablin

摘要 以广藿香组培驯化苗为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了广藿香根、茎、叶水提液对广藿香幼苗根系活力、总叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测广藿香根、茎、叶水提液中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、香草酸、咖啡酸、丁香酸、阿魏酸、苯甲酸和肉桂酸含量,及香草酸、丁香酸、阿魏酸、苯甲酸和肉桂酸对广藿香幼苗的化感作用,以期为广藿香连作障碍的机制及成因提供参考依据。结果表明:广藿香根、茎、叶水提液对广藿香幼苗具有化感自毒作用,且具有浓度效应,叶水提液的化感自毒作用最显著,其酚酸的种类和含量高于根和茎的。叶片水提液中酚酸含量为苯甲酸>原儿茶酸>咖啡酸>阿魏酸>丁香酸>香草酸>绿原酸>肉桂酸。5种酚酸物质对广藿香的株高、根长、根数、鲜质量、叶面积、根系活力、总叶绿素含量均有不同程度的抑制影响,对叶片的POD、CAT、SOD活性及MDA含量有升高的影响,作用均具有浓度效应。5种酚酸对广藿香幼苗的化感作用为肉桂酸>苯甲酸>阿魏酸>丁香酸>香草酸,广藿香的连作障碍与其器官的水溶性酚酸类自毒物质可能有密切关系,肉桂酸、苯甲酸等酚酸类物质可能是其主要的化感自毒物质。 Taking the tissue culture acclimated plantlet of Pogostemon cablin as test material.The effects of water extracts from roots,stems and leaves of Pogostemon cablin on root activity,total chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde content,peroxidase(POD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of Pogostemon cablin seedlings were studied by pot experiment with tissue culture domesticated seedlings.In addition,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the contents of protocatechuic acid,chlorogenic acid,vanillin acid,caffeic acid,eugenic acid,ferulic acid,benzoic acid and cinnamic acid in water extracts from Pogostemon cablin roots,stems and leaves,as well as the allelosensitive effects of vanillin acid,eugenic acid,ferulic acid,benzoic acid and cinnamic acid on Pogostemon cablin seedlings.In order to provide a reference basis for the mechanism and causes of continuous cropping disorders of Pogostemon cablin.The results showed that water extracts from roots,stems and leaves had allelopathic and concentration effects on Pogostemon cablin seedlings,and the allelopathic and self-toxic effects of water extracts from leaves were the most significant,and the types and contents of phenolic acids were higher than those from roots and stems.The content of phenolic acid in the aqueous extract of leaves was as follows,benzoic acid>protocatechuic acid>caffeic acid>ferulic acid>eugenic acid>vanillin acid>chlorogenic acid>cinnamic acid.The five phenolic acids had different inhibitory effects on plant height,root length,root number,fresh weight,leaf area,root activity and total chlorophyll content of Pogostemon cablin,and increased POD,CAT,SOD activities and MDA content of leaves,all of which had concentration effects.The allelopathic effects of the five phenolic acids on the Pogostemon cablin seedlings were compared as follows cinnamic acid>benzoic acid>ferulic acid>syringic acid>vanillic acid.The continuous dysfunction of Pogostemon cablin might be closely related to the water-soluble phe
