摘要
首先分析了实施精益化管理提升煤炭企业经济效益的意义,然后阐述了精益化管理在煤炭企业中应用现状,最后提出提升煤炭企业精益化管理水平的策略,从而促进煤炭企业可持续性发展。
This paper first analyzes the significance of implementing lean management to improve the economic benefits of coal enterprises,then expounds the application status of lean management in coal enterprises,and finally puts forward strategies to improve the lean management level of coal enterprises,so as to promote the sustainable development of coal enterprises.
