摘要
舌诊是中医判断疾病的病位性质和预后以及临床辨证用药的重要诊法。在临床辨治脂溢性脱发时,为弥补问诊获取信息量的不足,观舌之体、色、质、苔等表现及其变化,分析刻下舌象与患者体质、病位、邪气的相关性及病程中舌象变化对病机变化、转归的预测,综合舌诊获取信息指导遣方用药,助益临证施治。
Tongue diagnosis is an important diagnostic method for Chinese medicine to judge the location, nature and prognosis of diseases and clinical syndrome differentiation and medication.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of seborrheic alopecia, in order to make up for the lack of information obtained by consultation, we should observe the performance and changes of tongue body, color, quality and fur, analyze the correlation between engraved tongue image and patient′s physique, disease location and pathogenic qi, and the prediction of tongue image change on pathogenesis change and prognosis in the course of disease, comprehensively obtain information from tongue diagnosis to guide prescription medication and help clinical treatment.
