摘要
本文提出程序交叉容量约束概念对航班时刻进行优化,首先对航班的飞行程序进行自适应选择,可合理控制航空器到达程序交叉点的时刻,然后将航班时刻调整量合理地分配到机场群内各航空公司,并基于模拟退火算法构建了航班时刻优化模型,以长三角机场群为例,使用AirTOP仿真软件进行仿真验证。结果表明:相比于传统的机场群航班时刻优化模型,该方法航班时刻总调整量增加了370 min,航班平均延误减少了24.6%,管制员调配进场航班冲突的次数减少了46.3%,通过对程序交叉点容量加以约束的方式有效缓解了程序交叉点附近的航空器聚集情况,减少了航班平均延误时间。
The concept of procedure intersection capacity constraint is proposed to optimize the flight schedule.Firstly,the flight procedure is adaptively selected,and the arrival time at the procedure intersection is reasonably controlled.Then,the flight schedule adjustment is reasonably allocated to the airlines in the airport group,and the flight schedule optimization model is constructed based on the simulated annealing algorithm.Taking flight schedule of the Yangtze River Delta airport group as an example,the simulation is verified by using the AirTOP simulation software.Results show that compared with the airport group flight schedule of traditional optimization model,the total amount of adjustment in this method has increased by 370 minutes,the average flight delay is reduced by 24.6%,and the number of controllers coordinating incoming flight conflicts is reduced by 46.3%,the capacity restriction of procedure intersection has effectively alleviated the aircraft aggregation near the conflict point and lowered the rate of the average flight delay.
