摘要
为满足家用空调器压缩机变频模块风冷直肋式散热器的散热要求,并实现轻量化、小量化,本文对该散热器进行参数化设计,通过双目标(热源温度和散热器质量)寻优,从1200个方案中筛选出最优方案,并进行试验验证。结果表明,2.6 kW空调器压缩机变频模块散热器质量仅219 g,较原方案降低95 g,且热源温度下降约7.5℃,轻量化效果显著。
In order to meet the heat dissipation requirements of air-cooled straight rib radiator for variable frequency module of household air conditioner compressor,realize lightweight and small quantity,the parameterization design of the radiator is carried out.The optimal scheme is selected from 1200 schemes through double objective optimization(heat source temperature and radiator quality)for experimental verification.The results show that the radiator mass with inverter module of the 2.6 kW air conditioner compressor is only 219 g,which is 95 g lower than that of the original product,and the heat source temperature is reduced by about 7.5℃.The lightweight is very effective.
