摘要
为迎接新工科建设背景和高速铁路及城市轨道交通大规模运营,培养符合当今社会需求的铁路专业人才,保证我国高速铁路与城市轨道交通的领先地位,铁道工程专业的教育培养体系需要进行改革与创新。铁道工程专业是北京交通大学的特色专业,本校针对该专业本科生已有的实践培养环节进行了加强与完善。文章主要讨论了本校实践环节的已有建设内容及下一步工作,首先明确了本校铁道工程专业的教育目标,着重进行学生的实践能力、创新能力和高素质培养,然后基于该目标和铁道工程专业的新时代特点,从实习、课程设计、实验教学和专业讲座四个方面出发,对本校已有的教学实践环节内容进行了改进和完善,通过这些实践环节旨在把学生培养成为符合当代社会发展和国家需要的全面型人才。
In order to meet the background of new engineering construction and large-scale operation of high-speed railways and urban rail transit,and to cultivate railway talents who meet the needs of today's society and to ensure the leading position of China's high-speed railway and urban rail transit,the education and training system of railway engineering needs to be changed and innovation.As a special major of Beijing Jiaotong University,the railway engineering has strengthened and improved the existing practice training for undergraduates.This article mainly discussed the existing construction content and the next step of our school.Firstly,it clarified the educational goals of our school's railway engineering major,which was focused on students'practical ability,innovative ability and high-quality training.Then,based on this goal and the characteristics of the new era of engineering,the teaching practice content were divided into four aspects of internship,curriculum design,experimental teaching and professional lectures,which have improved a lot.Through the practical process,the aim is to train students to be comprehensive talents for the development of contemporary society.
