摘要
【目的】对太子参联合收获机挖掘铲进行理论计算,解决根茎类收获机挖掘铲在工作中普遍存在的阻力大、易壅土的问题.【方法】采用EDEM软件结合三因素三水平正交设计,选取最优参数组合,对仿真结果最大阻力值与土槽试验得到的最大阻力值进行对比.【结果】EDEM仿真得出的结果,经正交试验得到挖掘铲最佳工作参数组合为:工作速度0.8 m/s,入土深度200 mm,入土角度20°时,工作性能较优异.在该参数组合下,土槽试验表明挖掘铲工作阻力与仿真结果相差16.8%.【结论】采用EDEM对挖掘铲的仿真分析得出最佳的工作参数组合,通过土槽试验验证了仿真结果的可靠性,研究结果可为相关根茎类收获机挖掘铲的设计提供参考.
【Objective】Aiming at the problems of high resistance and easy backup in the working process of digging shovel of rhizome harvester.【Method】In this paper,the theoretical calculation of digging shovel of Pseudostellaria heterophylla combine harvester was carried out,and the optimal parameter combination was selected by EDEM software combined with three factors and three levels orthogonal design.The maximum resistance value of the simulation results is compared with the maximum resistance value of the soil tank test.【Result】The results of EDEM simulation and orthogonal experiment analysis show that the working performance of the shovel is better when the working speed is 0.8 m/s,the penetration depth is 200 mm and the penetration angle is 20°.Under the combination of these parameters,the soil trough test shows that the working resistance of the excavator is 16.8%different from the simulation results.【Conclusion】EDEM was used to simulate the digging shovel,and the best combination of working parameters was obtained.The reliability of the simulation results was verified by soil trough test,which provided a reference for the design and analysis of digging shovel of related rhizome harvesters.
