摘要
从树脂基复合材料在易碎盖领域应用的优势出发,按照易碎盖在导弹发射过程中的分离方式,从整体穿透式、整体抛出式和多瓣分离式等三个方面介绍了国内外树脂基复合材料易碎盖的设计和优化研究进展,分析了影响树脂复合材料易碎盖性能的关键因素,综述了树脂基复合材料易碎盖的结构设计特别是薄弱区的设计和优化对易碎盖性能的影响。
Based on the advantages of resin matrix composites as fragile cover materials,the research progresses on design and optimization of the resin matrix composite fragile cover were reviewed from three aspects:integral penetration,integral separation and multi-part separation,according to the separation mode in missile launching.The key factors affecting the performance of the fragile cover were analyzed and the structure design of resin matrix composite fragile cover,especially the influence of the structure design and optimization of the weak region on the properties of the fragile cover were introduced.
