拓扑互锁易碎复合材料隔水罩的设计与试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 导弹发射筒盖与导弹弹体之间的隔水罩必须具备足够的强度和刚度以抵抗海水进筒时的冲击力和进筒后的压力,而在导弹射出筒前的瞬间隔水罩必须能够在外加触发条件下自行碎裂,使导弹顺利通过。为实现这一工作机制,采用拓扑互锁原理和有限元方法设计了拓扑互锁易碎复合材料隔水罩,并根据相似理论制作了隔水罩模型。试验表明,所设计的拓扑互锁结构满足承压要求;当在反向施加一较小冲击力时,承载层各子构件的拓扑互锁约束被解除,互锁功能消失,使结构完成触发碎裂。有限元分析结果与试验结果基本吻合。 In order to meet the special working mechanism of water-resisting cover, topological interlocking fragile composite water-resisting cover was designed through topological interlocking principle and finite element method. The cover model was manufactured according to. The experimental results indicated that the bearing ability of topological interlocked structure could meet the requirement. The topological interlocking restrain of every structural parts of the load-supporting layer was released which lead to the interlocking function vanished when a little impact force'was applied to the undersurface opposite. The contact gap between the structural parts guided the crack to make the seal course fracture, which made the structure completing the trigger fracture Work principle. Finite element method calculation results agreed well with experimental results.
