摘要 某核电厂海水冷却水系统阀门螺栓发生严重腐蚀,影响系统的稳定运行。本文从阀门阀瓣和螺栓的材料成分、介质和环境等方面对螺栓腐蚀原因进行了分析,结果表明造成螺栓腐蚀的原因为电偶腐蚀,最后提出了解决措施。 The valve bolts of seawater cooling water system in a nuclear power plant were seriously corroded, which affected the stable operation of the system. In this paper, the causes of bolt corrosion are analyzed from the aspects of valve clack and bolt material composition, medium and environment. The results show that the cause of bolt corrosion is galvanic corrosion, and finally, the solutions are put forward.
