摘要
青少年摔跤运动员作为摔跤运动的储备人才,对于该项运动的发展有着非常重要的作用。青少年运动员正处于身体素质快速发展的关键时期,具有针对性的体能训练能使其身体素质水平稳步有序的提升,为比赛中的竞技技术、战术的发挥奠定坚实的基础。文章就青少年摔跤运动员的专项体能训练方法进行探讨与分析,以期提升青少年摔跤运动员的体能水平,为摔跤运动的发展提供科学且操作性强的意见及建议。
Young wrestlers,as the reserve talents of wrestling,play a very important role in the development of this sport.Young athletes are in a critical period of rapid development of physical quality.Targeted physical training can improve their physical quality level steadily and orderly,and lay a solid foundation for the play of competitive technology and tactics in the competition.This paper discusses and analyzes the special physical training methods of young wrestlers,in order to improve the physical level of young wrestlers and provide scientific and operable opinions and suggestions for the development of wrestling.
