摘要
中国式摔跤是我国一项古老的民族传统体育项目,它具有高度的技巧性、健身性、表演性,具有鲜明的民族特色,深受广大群众的喜爱。随着我国全民健身运动的开展,应该大力扶持这支民族体育的奇葩,使之走出国门,走向世界,为中国体育全面走向世界竞技体育舞台做出贡献。
Chinese arestle is an old sport item with the charalteristics of national tradition.All people are fond of it because of its high degree of technigue , exercise,performance and its sharp national charscteristics, with the development of general exercise of the nation,we should give energetic support to make it go out of the country,toward the world and contribute a great deal to sport of china going towards the world.
