摘要
随着国家对于企事业单位固定资产精细化管理要求的提高,为了解决固定资产管理问题以及在进行固定资产清查过程中手工登记查阅信息导致固定资产清查进度缓慢、效率低下的问题,笔者设计开发一套固定资产清查管理系统,将固定资产清查信息数据化。实践表明,医院借助该系统能够有效提高固定资产的管理水平。
With the improvement of the national requirements for the fine management of fixed assets of enterprises and institutions,in order to solve the problems of fixed assets management and the slow progress and low efficiency of fixed assets inventory caused by manual registration and access to information in the process of fixed assets inventory,the author designs and develops a set of fixed assets inventory management system to digitize the fixed assets inventory information.Practice shows that the hospital can effectively improve the management level of fixed assets with the help of this system.
