基于视频技术的煤矿在线应急预警系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究基于视频技术的煤矿在线应急预警系统,提升煤矿在线应急反应能力和预警能力。该系统由矿井内控制层、地面网络层和在线应急预警层组成,矿井内控制层利用传感器、USB摄像头等设备,通过V4L2视频图像采集技术采集视频图像;地面网络层通过视频监控设备控制视频监控、地面控制等设备,并利用视频处理服务器采集矿井现场视频数据和完成报警,同时这些矿井现场视频数据传输至在线应急预警层;在线应急预警层使用模糊积分法构建在线应急预警模型,实现煤矿在线应急预警,并向客户端发出预警通知信息。实验表明,当视频图像数据量为8000个时,系统传输耗时仅为0.8 s,在线应急反应能力好;预警的矿井应急程度与实际矿井应急程度一致,在线应急预警性能卓越。 Research on the online emergency early warning system for coal mines was based on video technology to improve the online emergency response and early warning capabilities of coal mines.The system consists of a mine control layer,a ground network layer and an online emergency warning layer.The mine control layer used sensors,USB cameras and other equipment to collect video images through V4L2 video image acquisition technology;the ground network layer controlled video monitoring through video monitoring equipment,ground control and other equipment,and used the video processing server to collected the mine site video data and complete the alarm.At the same time,these mine site video data were transmitted to the online emergency early warning layer;the online emergency early warning layer used the fuzzy integral method to build an online emergency early warning model to realize the online coal mine emergency warning,and sent warning notification information to the client.Experiments showed that,when the amount of video image data was 8000,the system transmission time was only 0.8 s,and the online emergency response capability was good;the mine emergency degree of early warning was consistent with the actual mine emergency degree,and the online emergency early warning performance was excellent.
