摘要
通过酸碱抽提浓缩技术分别富集催化裂化分馏塔塔顶油/水分离器中的油相和水相的酸碱性有机物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对这些酸碱性有机物进行分析。结果表明:酸性有机物主要为苯酚类化合物,油相中的酚类化合物主要为单取代和二取代甲基苯酚,水相中的酚类化合物为苯酚和少量的单取代甲基苯酚;碱性有机物为苯胺类化合物,单取代、二取代甲基苯胺主要集中在油相,苯胺主要集中在水相;与单取代、二取代甲基苯酚和甲基苯胺相比,苯酚和苯胺在水中的溶解度较大,苯酚和苯胺主要富集在水相中;此外,水相中还溶解少量的单取代甲基苯酚和单取代甲基苯胺,水相酸性水中还含有大量的H2S和NH3,须将该酸性水通过汽提回收H2S和NH3并达到净化水的要求,建议炼油厂将非加氢型酸性水与加氢型酸性水分开处理。
The acid-base organic compounds in fractionation tower′s top oil-water separator of a fluid catalytic cracking unit were enriched by employing acid and alkali extraction techniques,respectively.These compounds were analyzed by the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that the acidic organics were mainly phenolic compounds.The phenolic compounds in oil phase were mainly mono-and di-substituted methyl phenols,and the phenolic compounds in water phase were phenol and small amount of mono-substituted methyl phenols.Basic organic compounds were aniline compounds.Mono-substituted and di-substituted methylanilines were mainly concentrated in oil phase,while anilines were mainly concentrated in water phase.Compared with mono-substituted and di-substituted methylphenol and methylaniline,the solubility of phenol and aniline in water was larger,so phenol and aniline were mainly concentrated in water phase.In addition,a small amount of mono-substituted methyl phenol and mono-substituted methyl aniline were also dissolved in water phase.To achieve the requirement of water purification,the acidic water must be stripped to recyle H2S and NH3 because the acidic water of the aqueous phase also contained a large amount of H2S and NH3.It was recommended that the refinery should separate the non-hydrogenated acidic water from the hydrogenated acidic water,which could be beneficial to the reuse of the stripped purified water.
