摘要
通过调研17套催化裂化装置,分别从腐蚀和选材参考资料、腐蚀机理和影响因素、现场用材情况、推荐选材等方面进行了催化裂化分馏塔高温部位的腐蚀和选材分析。通过理论分析结合现场实际运行经验,提出催化裂化装置分馏塔底系统高温部位腐蚀和选材的设计原则、现场监控措施,以及未来需要进一步研究的方向。
Based on the investigation of 17 sets of FCC unit,the analysis of corrosion and material were completed from the aspects of material selection reference materials,corrosion mechanism and influencing factors,site material utilization and recommended material selection.The design principles,field monitoring measure and future research direction of high temperature parts were proposed after theoretical analysis and practical operation experience.
