摘要
采用高镍催化剂,以中海油沥青股份有限公司精密分馏装置生产的石脑油为原料,在固定床加氢试验装置上考察了反应温度、反应压力以及氢油体积比对石脑油加氢脱芳烃反应的影响,分析了制备石油醚的可行性。结果表明:该公司石脑油中的苯、芳烃质量分数分别为0.1430%,0.2280%,将其切割成30~60,>60~90,>90~120,>120~160℃等4段馏分,其中,>60~90℃馏分苯质量分数为0.0343%,不满足石油醚产品指标要求;在反应温度为160℃,体积空速为0.5 h-1,反应压力大于1.8 MPa,氢油体积比大于200∶1的条件下,通过催化加氢脱芳烃反应,可降低石脑油>60~90℃馏分中的苯质量分数,制备合格石油醚产品。
The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and volume ratio of hydrogen oil on the hydrogenation and dearomatization of naphtha which sampled from precision fractionation of Asphalt Co Ltd of CNOOC were investigated with fixed bed hydrogenation testing unit with high nickel catalyst and the feasibility of preparing petroleum ether with the above process was analyzed.The results showed that petroleum ether could not be prepared directly with the naphtha of the company.The mass fraction of benzene and aromatics in the sampled naphtha was 0.1430%and 0.2280%respectively.The naphtha was cut into four fractions(30-60,>60-90,>90-120,>120-160℃),in which the mass fraction of benzene in the fraction of>60-90℃was 0.0343%,which could not meet the requirements of petroleum ether product.Under the conditions of reaction temperature 160℃,space velocity 0.5 h-1,reaction pressure>1.8 MPa,and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil>200∶1,qualified petroleum ether products could be prepared after reducing the mass fraction of benzene in the fraction(>60-90℃)of naphtha by catalytic hydrodearomatics reaction.
