摘要
利用Aspen plus软件对石脑油加氢装置中酸性气脱硫工艺进行稳态模拟优化,在稳态优化的基础上利用Aspen dynamics研究了在流量、压力、液位控制结构下酸性气流量和组成波动时的运行情况。从稳态和动态两方面确定了最优操作参数,结果显示:当酸性气流量增至2200 m^(3)/h和降至800 m^(3)/h,硫化氢体积分数波动±3%时,吸收剂用量为9.5 m^(3)/h、塔压为0.43 MPa、酸性气温度为26℃时,净化气中硫化氢含量可以达到要求,该工艺条件相比原工况节约吸收剂2.5 m^(3)/h,可有效降低成本。
The acidic gas desulfurization process in the naphtha hydrogenation was simulated and optimized by Aspen Plus Software.On the basis of steady-state optimization,the running conditions of flowrate,pressure and liquid level control structure were simulated by Aspen dynamics when the flowrate and composition of acidic gas was changed.The optimal parameters were determined from steady and dynamic state aspects.The results showed that when the flowrate of acidic gas was increased to 2200 m^(3)/h and decreased to 800 m^(3)/h respectively,the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide was changed within±3%,dosage of absorbent was 9.5 m^(3)/h,the tower pressure was 0.43 MPa,the temperature of acidic gas was 26℃,hydrogen sulfide content in the purified gas could reach the requirement.Dosage of the absorbent was saved by 2.5 m^(3)/h comparing with the original process condition,and the cost was reduced effectively.
