摘要 随着大庆长垣老区油田伴生气开发量逐年上升,集气管道运行安全性越来越受重视,特别是在油田管道完整性管理大背景下,如何防控集气埋地管道的腐蚀破坏成为当前一重要课题。通过对长垣油田埋地湿气集气管道在微H_(2)S/CO_(2)环境的防腐层失效机理进行探究,并通过宏观形貌观查与微观结构分析,得出外防腐层的破坏以及微含H_(2)S/CO_(2)环境是导致管线服役寿命减少的主要原因,同时依据地域环境与现场情况提出在内腐蚀防护上应大力采用新型防护涂层,有效控制管道腐蚀程度,以提高管道使用寿命。 With the development of associated gas in Daqing Changyuan oilfield increasing year by year,more and more attention has been paid to the safe operation of gas gathering pipeline.Especially under the background of pipeline integrity management,how to prevent and control the corrosion damage of buried gas gathering pipeline has become an important topic.This paper explores the failure mechanism of anti-corrosion coating of buried wet gas gathering pipeline in Changyuan oilfield in mi-cro H_(2)S/CO_(2) environment,and through macro morphology observation and microstructure analysis,it is concluded that the damage of external anti-corrosion coating and micro H_(2)S/CO_(2) environment are the main reasons leading to the reduction of the service life of pipeline,At the same time,according to the regional environment and site conditions,it is suggested that new protective coating should be vig-orously used in the protection of internal corrosion to effectively control the corrosion degree of pipe-lines and improve the service life of pipelines.
