摘要 为了解决智能制造实践教学中资源设备不足,教学知识覆盖面窄的问题,提出了一种虚实结合的智能制造实验教学方法,以智能制造示范线为实验教学平台,借助于虚拟仿真实验技术,在原有的以设备为主的系列实验基础上扩展了虚拟仿真实验教学内容,将各个知识点整合在一起形成了智能制造实验教学的完整体系。这种方法充分利用虚实结合的手段进行不同需求层次的智能制造实验教学,不仅延伸了智能制造教学知识点范围,更进一步挖掘了有限的教学资源设备的教学价值。 In order to solve the problems of insufficient resources and equipment,poor coverage of teaching knowledge in practice teaching of intelligent manufacturing,an experimental teaching method of intelligent manufacturing based on combination of virtuality and reality is proposed.With the demonstration line of intelligent manufacturing as the experimental teaching platform and with the help of virtual simulation experiment technology,the teaching content of intelligent manufacturing virtual simulation experiment is added to extend the scope of experimental teaching,so a complete system of intelligent manufacturing experiment teaching is formed by integrating all knowledge points together.The combination of virtual and real means is adopted to carry out the intelligent manufacturing experiment teaching at different demand levels.It not only extends the scope of intelligent manufacturing teaching knowledge,but also explores the teaching value of limited teaching resources and equipment.
