摘要
生产要素和发展环境是影响产业发展和经济增长的重要因素。通过建立比较优势评价体系,利用计量模型,分析了不同类型比较优势对经济高质量发展的影响机制和产业集聚的中介作用。研究结果表明,在生产要素跨区域流动逐步便利的背景下,发展环境对地区经济高质量发展的促进作用更为明显。同时,发展环境比较优势能够促进产业集聚,形成规模经济效应和知识溢出效应,进一步促进经济高质量增长,而生产要素比较优势无法有效形成产业集聚。各地区在发展经济和制定发展战略时,要统筹规划,除了充分挖掘本地生产要素比较优势,还应该更加注重提升营商环境、产业政策、基础设施等发展环境比较优势,从而合理进行产业布局,促进经济高质量发展。
Production factors and development environment are important factors that affect industrial development and economic growth.By establishing an evaluation system of comparative advantage and using an econometric model,the influence mechanism of different types of comparative advantage on high-quality economic development and the mediating effect of industrial agglomeration are analyzed.The results show that development environment is more important to the high-quality development of regional economy under the background that the trans-regional flow of production factors is gradually convenient.At the same time,comparative advantage of development environment can promote industrial agglomeration,form scale economy effect and knowledge spillover effect,and further promote high-quality economic growth,while the comparative advantage of production factors can not effectively form industrial agglomeration.In economic development and development strategy formulation,local governments should make overall planning.In addition to fully tapping the comparative advantages of local production factors,they should also pay more attention to improving the comparative advantages of development environment such as business environment,industrial policy and infrastructure,so as to carry out reasonable industrial layout and promote high-quality economic development.
