摘要
针对通信设备误码率和调制质量的综合性测试需求,在微波毫米波电磁信号分析仪的矢量信号分析软件中开发了误码率测试功能。首先对射频输入信号进行超外差变频接收和A/D采样,在FPGA中完成数字下变频得到基带I/Q数据,然后在矢量信号分析软件中根据用户设置的开关状态决定是否进行脉冲搜索,随后进行矢量解调得到测量信号,利用测量信号得到理想参考信号,对于存在线性失真的被测信号可进行自适应均衡改进解调效果,最后对已知的信号码元和解调码元进行同步搜索和误码率统计。实测结果表明采用该方案能够实现误码率的准确测试,并且误码率、调制质量和图谱迹线能够同步显示,测试结果丰富且使用方便,增强了信号分析仪的综合测试能力。
Aiming at the comprehensive test requirements of bit error ratio and modulation quality of communication equipment, the bit error rate test function is developed in the vector signal analysis software of microwave and millimeter wave signal analyzer. First, super heterodyne frequency conversion reception and A/D sampling are performed on the RF input signal, and the digital down conversion is completed in FPGA to obtain the baseband I/Q data. Then, in the vector signal analysis software, the pulse search is decided according to the user’s switch state, and then the vector demodulation is performed to obtain the measurement signal, and the ideal reference signal is obtained by using the measurement signal, for the measured signal with linear distortion, adaptive equalization can be carried out to improve the demodulation effect. Finally, the known signal symbol and demodulation symbol are searched synchronously and the bit error rate is counted. The experimental results show that the scheme can realize the accurate test of bit error ratio, and the bit error ratio, modulation quality and spectrum trace can be displayed synchronously. The test results are rich and easy to use, and the comprehensive test ability of signal analyzer is enhanced.
