摘要
目的:考察人格因素、吸食毒品类型对新冠肺炎疫情期间女性强戒人员心理健康的影响。方法:使用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS)对北京市某戒毒所146名曾使用海洛因或甲基苯丙胺的女性强戒人员进行调查。结果:怀疑性,忧虑性,紧张性与抑郁,应激和焦虑均呈正相关,而稳定性与抑郁,应激和焦虑呈负相关。兴奋性人格特质对抑郁的负性影响作用仅存在于吸食甲基苯丙胺的个体中。结论:人格与毒品类型共同影响疫情期间女性强戒人员的心理健康。
Objective:To Investigate personality factors that affect the mental health of females receiving compulsory during the COVID-19 epidemic and the moderating effect of the type of drug use.Methods:A total number of 146 females who had had a history of either heroin or methamphetamine abuse and was receiving compulsory detoxification were investigated with Cattell 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire(16 PF)and Depression Anxiety Stress Scales(DASS).Results:Suspicion,anxiety and tension subscale scores in 16 PF were positively correlated with DASS depression,stress and anxiety scores,while stability was negatively correlated with depression,stress and anxiety scores.The negative effect of excitatory personality traits on depression only existed in methamphetamine addicts.Conclusion:Both personality traits and type of drug use affect mental health among females receiving compulsory during the epidemic.
