摘要
现阶段国内航空制造业对航空类人才的需求与日剧增,扩大航空类高校校企合作需求是迫切需要。本文以"产教融合,校企合作"为指导思想,着重阐述并分析了校企合作和扩大航空类高校校企合作需求的现实意义,同时以企业为平台,创新人才培养方式方法,达到了学校、企业和学生共同提升的目标,为航空产业的发展提供了内生动力。
At this stage,demand for aviation talents is increasing rapidly in domestic aviation manufacturing industry,so there is an urgent need to expand the demand for school-enterprise cooperation between aviation colleges and universities.Based on the guiding ideology of"integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation",this article focuses on expounding and analyzing the practical significance of school-enterprise cooperation and expanding the need in aviation colleges and universities.At the same time,using the enterprise as a platform,it has innovated the talent training methods and achieved the goal of common improvement in schools,enterprises and students,providing endogenous motivation for the development of the aviation industry.
