摘要
As the president of Tsinghua University,I am delighted to read the inaugural edition of this journal,Intelligent and Converged Network,and see the fruitful outcomes of the Tsinghua–International Telecommunication Union(ITU)partnership.Tsinghua is embracing its vision of being a global university.Over the past few years,Tsinghua continues to implement its global strategy,which strives to enhance the global competency of its students and faculty,conduct high-end research for the benefit of China and the world,promote international exchanges and cooperation,and strengthen global impact.Tsinghua has played a more active role globally including enhanced engagement with international organizations like ITU.
