摘要
为分析大规格高速线材双机架减定径轧制的变形特点以及张力对尺寸精度的影响,采用有限元模拟方法研究了Φ24 mm产品双机架减定径轧制过程。研究结果表明,减定径两机架轧制轧件各道次均有较大的变形,轧后断面等效塑性应变范围为0.47~0.74,变形渗透性较好,轧件中部变形量较大,变形较均匀。原规程轧制过程中存在较大的张力,成品道次孔型欠充满,导致轧件尺寸精度不高。改变成品道次轧辊的转速,得到不同的张力轧制条件,发现轧制过程中的张力对轧件尺寸精度的影响十分明显,轧件宽度和堆拉率呈线性关系。堆拉率每变化1%,轧件宽度变化约0.26 mm。
To analyze the deformation characteristic and the effect of tension on dimensional accuracy of large-size high-speed wire rod during two-stand reducing and sizing rolling,the two-stand reducing and sizing rolling process of product withΦ24 mm was studied by finite element simulation method.The research results show that the rolled piece deformation in each pass is large in the two-stand reducing and sizing rolling,the range of equivalent plastic strain of the rolled fracture surface is 0.47-0.74 with good deformation permeability,deformation in the center is larger,and the deformation is uniform.There is a larger tension in the original rolling process,the filling degree of last pass is not enough,which results in the low dimensional accuracy of the rolled piece.Changing the rotation speed of roller of last pass,different tension rolling conditions were obtained.It is found that the effect of tension on the dimensional accuracy of rolled piece is very obvious in the rolloing process.The width of rolled piece has linear relationship with the stacking/drawing ratio.The width of rolled piece changes about 0.26 mm with 1%change of the stacking/drawing ratio.
