摘要
采用有限元模拟的方法,对比分析了两种高速线材减定径孔型系统的变形特点、轧件宽展和轧制压力变化情况。结果表明:减定径机组轧件变形较小,轧制后最大等效塑性应变接近1.3;椭圆-圆-圆-圆孔型系统和椭圆-圆-椭圆-圆孔型系统都采用较小的压下量,提高产品的尺寸精度,但椭圆-圆-圆-圆孔型系统宽展量和宽展系数均逐道次减少,产品尺寸精度更高。
By means of finite element simulation, two types of pass sequences of reducing and sizing rolling is studied and compared. The deforming characteristics, spreading and rolling forces are analyzed. The results show that the deformation of reducing and sizing tolling is relatively small, the maximum total equivalent plastic strain after rolling is about 1.3. In order to acquire higher precision products, oval - round - round - round and oval - round - oval - round pass sequences all apply small rolling teduction. The oval - round - round - round pass sequence comparatively yields better dimensional precision because of the gradual decreasing of spreading percentage and spreading factors along the rolling pass.
