摘要
对液压扳手手柄进行实体几何建模、力学建模、施加荷载和约束,利用三维空间有限元方法对手柄的孔边应力集中进行细致的研究,得到液压扳手各部位应力和变形的精确数值,找出孔边应力集中区域及其危险程度。为加强结构强度或减少冗余结构部分提供了有力的设计依据。
The paper investigates the hole-side stress concentration of the handle of hydraulic wrench in detail by the three-dimensional finite element method. The geometric model and mechanical model are built according to the real structure of hydraulic wrench. The distributions of the stress and deformation of the whole handle are calculated with high precise. The area of stress concentration is found and the stress level is evaluated. It is helpful to reinforce or reduce redundant part of the wrench handle.
