摘要
储存环境对常压等离子体处理试样性能有潜在的影响。为了研究储存环境对常压等离子体处理后试样的影响,利用氦-氧常压喷射等离子体处理锦纶6织物,然后将处理后的试样分别存放在不同的环境中。结果表明,等离子体处理后,试样的接触角比原样低;等离子体处理30天后,干态及常态试样的接触角均比刚处理完试样的接触角有所增大;等离子体处理后试样表面粗糙度增大,氧的含量增加;环.境湿度的增大对等离子体处理后聚合物表面的性能有一定的促进作用。
The storage environments may have potential influence on plasma treated samples under atmospheric pressure.In order to investigate what influences the storage environments may have,nylon 6 fabrics were treated using helium/oxygen(He/O_(2))plasma using atmospheric pressure plasma jet(APPJ).Then the treated samples were stored at different environments.The plasma treated samples had lower contact angles than the control.30 days after plasma treatment,the contact angles all increased.Environmental scanning electron microscopy(ESEM)shows surface roughness increased,while X-ray photo electron spectroscopy(XPS)revealed that oxygen contents increased after plasma treatments.It shows that the increase of environmental humidity increased effectiveness of the plasma in polymer surface modification after plasma treatment.
