摘要
目的探究中医辨证论治合耳穴贴敷法在更年期综合征治疗中的应用价值。方法将接受治疗的更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予西药谷维素治疗,观察组则给予中医辨证论治合耳穴贴敷法治疗。比较2组患者的治疗总有效率及安全性。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在更年期综合征治疗中,中医辨证论治合耳穴贴敷法能够有效改善患者临床在症状,保障患者治疗安全性,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of TCM and auricular application in the treatment of climacteric syndrome based on syndrome differentiation.Methods In our hospital,menopausal syndrome patients were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group and control group.The control was given western medicine oryzanol treatment,and the observation group was given TCM and auricular application based on syndrome differentiation.The therapeutic effect and safety was compared.Results The effective rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of menopausal syndrome,TCM and auricular application based on syndrome differentiation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and ensure the safety of treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application.
