摘要
介绍吴颢昕教授对妇女更年期综合征病因病机的认识及临证治疗经验。吴颢昕教授临证30余载,根据多年临床经验,审因施治,形成独到的治疗方法每获良效。吴颢昕教授认为该病的病位主要在肾,其次心肝,病机特点为本虚标实,本虚以肾虚为主,标实以心肾不交、血虚肝郁为要,治疗强调补肾为主、阴阳同调,佐以清心安神、养血疏肝,自拟经验方更年宁汤标本兼治,把分型与分证的思想贯穿于随证加减之中,取得了较好的临床疗效。
This article introduces Professor WU Hao-xin＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Professor Wu Hao-xin,who has been engaged in clinical work for more than 30 years,treats the sickness from the cause of disease, and has formed original method of treatment, and has obtained the good clinical curative effect. He thinks that the main location of the disease is spleen, then heart and liver, summarizes that the deficiency of spleen is the basic pathogenesis of menopausal syndrome, heart kidney is not handed in, stagnation of the liver qi and blood deficiency are superficial. In clinical treatment, he emphasizes that nourishing Gengniannign Decoction yin and Yang at the same time, accompanied by soothe the nerves, nourishing liver. He summarizes empirical formula, treating both manifestation and root cause of disease, has achieved satisfactory clinical effect.
