摘要 针对唐钢4号高炉炉缸侧壁炭砖温度升高(最高达到557 ℃)的现象,除采取加长风口、钛球护炉、加强冷却强度、改善出铁组织等措施外,主要通过活跃炉缸,减轻铁水环流来达到护炉效果,而不过分依靠提高铁水[Ti]含量。其操作要点是,在未降低冶炼强度的情况下,将[Ti]控制在0.06%~0.08%、[Si]控制在0.35%~0.45%,兼顾了高炉长寿和技术经济指标的提升。 To handle the problem of abnormal temperature rise(up to 557 ℃)of carbon brick on side wall of Tangshan Steel's No.4 BF hearth,some measures are taken for furnace protection,including increasing the length of the tuyere,use of titanium pellets for furnace protection,escalation of the cooling intensity,and optimization of the tapping operation.In addition,practice of increasing the furnace activity and decreasing the HM circulation flow at the BF edge are performed to get rid of the dependency on increasing Ti content in HM,in which the critical points lie on keeping Ti content at 0.06%〜0.08%and[Si]content at 0.35%〜0.45%without prejudice to the smelting intensity.This approach enables longer BF campaign and better tec hno-economic indicators.
