摘要
对宝钢2号高炉(第二代)长寿维护生产实践进行了总结。针对炉体出现的问题,主要通过炉壳空冷及雾化洒水冷却、安装封罩并不断优化封罩、冷却板查漏及更换等措施的实施,有效控制炉体状况的恶化和发展,为高炉稳定顺行创造条件;针对炉缸存在的问题,主要采取炉缸压浆维护、加强炉役后期炉缸日常管理和调整下部送风制度等措施,使高炉炉缸侧壁温度受控,炉缸热负荷稳定。
The paper summarizes long campaign (secondary generation) maintenance practice in Baosteel's No. 2 BF, and the measures taken for the problems occurred on the furnace body, such as air cooling and atomizing water cooling of furnace shell, installation and optimization of sealing hood, leakage detection and replacement of cooling plate, etc. , which effectively suppress furnace body deterioration and create conditions for stable and smooth running of BF. Additionally, to solve the problems in furnace hearth, the procedures, like application of sprayed-on gnnite-type hot face linings, enhancement of daily maintenance of hearth at its post campaign, adjustment of blasting system, etc. are adopted to control the hearth side wall temperature and stabilize the hearth heat load.
