摘要
目的分析综合药学干预对高血压患者的治疗效果及依从性的作用。方法方便选取该院2019年1月—2020年1月收治的高血压患者共50例,所有患者给予综合药学干预,将其作为观察组,并选择2018年1—12月收治的高血压患者共50例,给予常规用药干预,将其作为对照组,比较两组治疗效果,患者对降压药使用剂量、用药途径、用药时间、药物使用不良反应的认知水平和治疗依从性,不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗效果(96.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。观察组对降压药使用剂量、用药途径、用药时间、药物使用不良反应的认知水平和治疗依从性(95.51±3.25)分、(91.21±3.55)分、(93.34±3.03)分、(95.01±3.21)分、(95.46±3.28)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论综合药学干预对高血压患者的治疗效果及依从性有提高作用,可提高患者对于用药的掌握度,并提高患者治疗依从性和临床治疗效果,减少药物不良反应,提高用药的安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive pharmaceutical intervention on the treatment and compliance of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 50 hypertensive patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected.All patients were given comprehensive pharmacological interventions as the observation group,and a total of 50 hypertensive patients admitted from January to December 2018 were selected and given conventional medication intervention,it was used as a control group,compared the treatment effects,the dosage of antihypertensive drugs,the route of administration,the time of administration,the level of cognition of adverse reactions of drug use and the treatment compliance and adverse reaction rate of the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group 96.00%was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).The observation group's cognition level of antihypertensive drug dosage,medication route,medication time,and adverse reactions of medication and treatment compliance(95.51±3.25)points,(91.21±3.55)points,(93.34±3.03)points,(95.01±3.21)points,(95.46±3.28)points were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive pharmaceutical intervention can improve the treatment effect and compliance of hypertensive patients.It can improve the patient's mastery of medication,improve patient compliance and clinical treatment effect,reduce adverse drug reactions,and improve medication safety.
