摘要
目的:分析硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月高州市人民医院收治的糖尿病伴高血压患者68例为研究对象,按照随机分组法分为观察组与对照组,各34例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组收缩压、舒张压水平,空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖水平及治疗有效率。结果:治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压患者效果显著,可以改善患者血糖以及血压水平。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in treating patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension.Methods:68 patients with diabetes mellitus with hypertension admitted to Gaosu City Peo⁃ple's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized grouping method,with 34 cases each.The control group received conventional treat⁃ment,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with irbesartan on the basis of the control group.The systol⁃ic and diastolic blood pressure levels,fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels,and therapeutic effi⁃ciency were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups of patients were com⁃pared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels of the patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.001).The therapeutic efficiency of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with Irbesartan is effective in the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension,and can improve their blood glucose as well as blood pressure levels.
