摘要
目的分析硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效以及安全性。方法便利选择该院2019年1月—2020年1月妊娠期高血压患者共168例,数字表随机分两组,每组84例,对照组的患者给予硫酸镁单一治疗,观察组给予硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后患者尿蛋白、舒张压、收缩压监测水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(79.76%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.914,P<0.05)。比较两组产妇产后出血、早产和胎儿宫内窘迫、胎盘早剥以及新生儿窒息不良妊娠结局,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.513,P<0.05)。两组均出现1例不良反应,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平控释片、酚妥拉明和硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的疗效确切。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of nifedipine controlled-release tablets,phentolamine and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy.Methods A total of 168 patients with hypertension during pregnancy in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were conveniently selected.The digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 84 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given magnesium sulfate monotherapy,and the observation group was treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets,phentolamine and magnesium sulfate.Compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results After treatment,the monitoring level of urine protein,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(79.76%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=18.914,P<0.05).Compared the two groups of maternal postpartum hemorrhage,premature delivery and fetal distress,placental abruption and poor pregnancy outcome of neonatal asphyxia,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.513,P<0.05).1 case of adverse reaction occurred in both groups,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine controlled-release tablets,phentolamine and magnesium sulfate are effective in treating hypertension during pregnancy.
