摘要
目前妊娠期高血压疾病仍然是重要的公共卫生问题,是发展中国家孕妇死亡的主要原因之一。本文总结了目前对妊娠期各种高血压疾病诊断和治疗的进展,介绍了可以用于早期诊断先兆子痫的一些检验、检查手段,并结合相关指南和文献总结了妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗目标和各种降压药的利弊。
Hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, a major cause of maternal mortality in developing world, holds a cen- tral public health concern. This paper presents the progress in understanding of various hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and their treatment options. The diagnostic tools and the tests for screening preeclampsia are described, and the current management guidelines, goals of treatment, the pros and cons of various antihypertensive drugs reviewed.
