摘要
区域发展是国家发展的支点,区域创新是经济发展的重要驱动力。各级政府出台了各种有力政策支持,促使加快区域创新发展,然而新型技术、新型产业不断涌现,科技成果转化更加快捷,产业更新迭代不断加快,给区域创新带来了巨大的挑战。作为海峡西岸经济区的中心城市福州市,经济实力与创新发展能力不断增强,在国家战略带动下,不断提高科技硬实力,建立并优化创新产业格局。文章采用DEA方法,通过建立CCR模型、BBC模型对代表城市福州市的创新投入效率进行分析,系统评价区域创新投入的绩效状况,并据此提出相关建议,促进相关创新战略实施,提高区域创新投入产出效率。
Regional development is the fulcrum of national development,and regional innovation is an important driving force of economic development.At present,in order to speed up the development of urban innovation,governments at all levels have issued strong policy support for the construction of urban innovation.However,the continuous emergence of new technologies and new industries,the faster transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and the accelerating industrial renewal and iteration have brought great challenges to the work of scientific and technological innovation.Fuzhou,as the central city of the Economic Zone on the west side of the Taiwan Strait,has always adhered to the strategy of promoting innovation and development,improving the hard power of science and technology,and establishing and optimizing the pattern of innovation industry in the national strategy and the stable environment of both sides of the Taiwan Strait.This paper uses DEA method,through the establishment of CCR model and BBC model,analyzes the innovation input efficiency of representative city Fuzhou,systematically evaluates the performance of regional innovation input,and puts forward relevant suggestions,so as to promote the implementation of relevant innovation strategies and improve the output efficiency of regional innovation input.
