摘要
阐述了斜沟选煤厂HFC1300型卧式刮刀卸料离心脱水机在使用中存在筛篮、刮刀寿命短,主轴磨损,离心液管翻料,产品排料溜槽堵塞及产品水分高等问题,该厂针对问题进行改造,有效地解决了问题,并完善了设备的性能,保证生产顺利进行,减轻了检修职工的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
This paper expounds the working principle of HFC1300 horizontal scraper discharge Centrifugal Dehydrator,aiming at the problems such as the screen basket,the short life of scraper,the abrasion of the spindle,the blockage of the discharge groove of the centrifugal liquid pipe tipping product and the high moisture content of the product,etc.,it has carried out targeted transformation,effectively solved the problems existing in the operation of the centrifuge in production,improved the performance of the equipment,promoted the smooth operation of production,reduced the Labor intensity of the overhaul workers,and improved the production efficiency of the enterprise,reduced the production cost of the enterprise.
