摘要
针对成庄矿综采放顶煤工作面供电及供回液系统存在的问题,在借鉴大采高工作面液压自移滑靴式电器列车基础上对放顶煤工作面供电及供回液系统配套工艺进行改进。实践应用表明,该配套方式改进后不仅能在工作面配套安装初期节省大量的电缆液管投入,而且在工作面回采期间,能够省去大量的移动工作面设备开关架作业所需投入的人力物力,实现工作面的高产高效。
The problems existing in the power supply and return fluid system of fully mechanized caving coal face in Chengzhuang Mine are analyzed.On the basis of drawing lessons from the high working surface hydraulic self-moving sliding boot electric train,the supporting technology of power supply and return fluid system for caving coal face is improved.The practical application shows that the improved matching method can not only save a lot of cable liquid pipe input in the initial stage of working face installation,but also save a lot of manpower and material resources needed for the operation of mobile working face equipment switch frame,and realize the high yield and high efficiency of working face.
