摘要
目的观察通窍汤联合针刺蝶腭神经节治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊就诊的肺气虚寒型慢性鼻窦炎合并变应性鼻炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例,分别予以通窍汤联合针刺蝶腭神经节治疗和西药常规治疗4周。用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,鼻内镜检查对客观病情进行量化评分,对比2组疗效。结果治疗后2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组鼻内窥镜检查评分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍汤联合针刺蝶腭神经节治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并变应性鼻炎效果确切,与西药常规治疗疗效相当。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion in the treatment of chronic sinusitis with allergic rhinitis.Methods 100 patients with chronic sinusitis with allergic rhinitis due to lung-qi coldness and deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,one treated by Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion(treatment group)and the other treated by Western medicine(control group).50 patients in each group were treated for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and nasal endoscopy were adopted to evaluate the efficiency.Results After treatment,the scores of VAS and endoscopic examination in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in VAS,endoscopic examination and total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Decoction combined with acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion is effective in the treatment of sinusitis complicated with allergic rhinitis.
