摘要
水泵选型计算主要受水泵特性曲线及管路系统特性曲线影响,水泵性能曲线表明水泵能在性能曲线上任一点所对应的工况下运行。水泵设计选型完成后,结合管道系统特性,需要找到不同工况下水泵的实际工作点,由此检验水泵和动力机选型的合理性。文章采用数解法对某泵站水泵运行的实际工作点进行推求,结果表明水泵和动力机选型合理。
The pump selection calculation is mainly affected by the pump characteristic curve and the piping system characteristic curve.The pump performance curve shows that the pump can operate under the working conditions corresponding to any point on the performance curve.After the pump design and selection are completed,combined with the characteristics of the piping system,it is necessary to find the actual working points of the pump under different working conditions,thereby verifying the rationality of the pump and power machine selection.In the paper,the actual working point of a pump station is deduced by numerical method,and the result shows that the selection of the pump and the power machine is reasonable.
